Description

This dataset contains annual figures for the numbers of dwelling demolitions, which contribute to the supply components of the net housing supply for England.

England figures for the components of net housing supply up to 2011/12 are derived from Live Table 120.

The net additions component flows by local authority district, England are derived from Live Table 123, which contains figures from 2012/13 onwards.
