Administrative geography of England, Wales and Scotland, based on data from the Office for National Statistics
This dataset is available for download in the format(s) below, or you can find out more on the About tab.
It is also available in queryable machine-readable form - see the API tab for details.
Note: These may be large files.
This is a copy of the dataset available at statistics.data.gov.uk, covering the main administrative geographical regions of England, Wales and Scotland - including counties, local authority districts, wards and Westminster constituencies. Identifiers for the regions are based on the ONS 'GeoGSS' system.
This is a linked data resource: it has a permanent unique uri at which both humans and machines can find it on the Internet, and which can be used an identifier in queries on our SPARQL endpoint.
Linked Data is stored in graphs. We keep dataset contents (the data) separately from the metadata, to make it easier for you to find exactly what you need.
