This dataset contains information from the Office for National Statistics National Statistics Postcode Lookup (NSPL), consisting of a list of all UK postcodes (current and historic), together with their locations as Easting/Northing and as latitude/longitude. Each postcode links to its respective local authority district, LSOA and other geographical areas as applicable. To download this information as a CSV file, see [the ONS NSPL](https://geoportal.statistics.gov.uk/datasets/national-statistics-postcode-lookup-may-2020) itself. The same data is available from other sources: notably from the Ordnance Survey and ONS. We've included this dataset here because it provides a convenient entry point to other geographically-based datasets.
